Ann Royals Vitz is a wife, mother, and educator. She and Peter make a great team, encouraging their six children to choose the true, the good, the beautiful, and the best dance party songs. Their three daughters attend Brookewood School.

Since 2023, Ann has been teaching Great Moral Stories (GMS) to lower school, middle, and upper school and the History of Film course to juniors and seniors. After graduating from Providence College, Ann was the director of an elementary school inner city academic and leadership program in Washington, D.C. While serving as a dedicated home educator for 12 years, Ann also taught high school English and Character Ed seminars in a local school. She also taught homeschool groups and led middle school, high school, and college reading groups.
