Glencora Pipkin has served as Director of Marketing at Brookewood School since 2017, bringing over a decade of experience in strategic communication, brand development, and design. She joined Brookewood in 2011 and previously taught Upper School English before transitioning into her current role.
Glencora leads all aspects of the school’s marketing and visual identity, including the design and development of Brookewood’s website, admissions materials, event promotions, and digital campaigns. She is also the lead designer and editor for Brookewood’s and The Avalon School’s alumni magazines. Her work consistently reflects a deep understanding of both the school’s mission and the importance of cohesive, compelling design.
She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Dallas and an M.A. in English from Duquesne University. With a strong foundation in both the humanities and design, Glencora brings creativity, clarity, and professionalism to every project she undertakes.
Outside of work, Glencora enjoys dance, graphic and interior design, and spending time with her husband Chris, a professor of Medieval Literature, and their four children. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, gardening, and hosting poetry-filled evenings at home.
