The Annual Spring Gala—A Black Tie Knight—is much more than a school fundraiser. It’s a chance for every student to sing, dance, act and participate in a school-wide performance. It’s such a popular event that we see more and more alumnae come back to enjoy the show every year!
What is the gala?
Each spring, The Avalon/Brookewood Gala brings the two schools to life as every student—from the 3rd grade through 12th grade—takes the stage. Lower, Middle, and Upper School students each create and perform a unique dance and song skit, celebrating creativity, confidence, and community. No experience is required—just a willingness to join in the fun! With thoughtfully scheduled practices that respect both academics and family time, the Gala is a joyful tradition that highlights the spirit and unity of Brookewood girls.
